Who we are looking for
You do not need a huge audience. The main thing is that you can communicate naturally, make good social content, and understand what makes people stop, watch, and download.

- Can speak authentically on camera or in voiceover
- Can make strong short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms
- Understands how to create hooks that can generate views
- Comfortable showing or explaining Athlete Mindset clearly
- Willing to make content with the goal of driving app downloads
- Willing to let approved content be used in Athlete Mindset ads and marketing
Ongoing expectations
The goal is honest content that performs. Depending on the creator and campaign, payouts may be based on views, app downloads, revenue generated, or a custom agreement.
- Create stories, Reels, TikToks, or short-form videos that can earn attention
- Explain Athlete Mindset in a way that feels natural, credible, and easy to understand
- Make content with a clear path from viewer interest to app download
- Allow approved videos and public reviews to be used in Athlete Mindset ads
- Use a referral link or code when the agreement is based on revenue or downloads
Content sample
Include a public or unlisted link to a short clip or post that shows how you explain ideas, hook viewers, and make content people actually watch. This can be a video about mental training, visualization, confidence, pressure, routines, sport mindset, or a general UGC sample. It does not need to be about Athlete Mindset yet.

Approved creators receive Pro access and a simple agreement. Payouts may be based on social views, app downloads, revenue generated through a referral code, or a case-by-case structure.
For revenue-based deals, payouts are calculated from net revenue received by Athlete Mindset after App Store and platform fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and other payment deductions. View-based and custom deals are agreed separately before content is approved.
